Delete your account

You can permanently delete your The Nota account and its associated data directly inside the mobile app.

Account deletion cannot be undone. Export any ledger records you need before continuing.

Delete inside the app

1. Open The Nota and sign in with your registered mobile number.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Data & sync, choose Delete account.
4. Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Once confirmed, deletion happens immediately in our active systems and you are signed out on the device.

If you cannot access the app

Email proragab@gmail.com with the subject “The Nota account deletion request” and include the registered mobile number with country code. To prevent unauthorized deletion, we will verify control of the account before processing the request.

What is deleted

• Your login account, verification challenges, and active sessions.
• Your business profile and settings.
• Customers, debts, payments, allocations, notes, and transaction history.
• Reminders, notifications, and related delivery records.

What may be retained

Limited information may remain for a short period in encrypted disaster-recovery backups, or longer only where law requires it or it is necessary to prevent fraud and protect legal rights. Backup data is not used for ordinary product operations and is removed according to the backup retention cycle.
